He is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India with more than 5 years of experience in the industry. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from the University of Jammu. He has completed certification in GST by ICAI, Certification in Concurrent Audits of Banks, Certification in Forensic Accounting and Fraud Detection by ICAI.

During his professional journey, he has gained in-depth experience in the areas of Taxation - Direct and Indirect, Statutory and Internal Audits of Company, and Tax Consultation. His core areas include Auditing, Assurance, Corporate Compliances, Litigation Matters, Consulting, Tax Structuring, Jurisdiction Analysis, Financial Management, Business Strategising, Fraud investigation, GST Compliance & Advisory, Income tax Compliance & Advisory, Investment Management and Portfolio Management. He also has considerable experience of working in a Big CA firm.

A well-known professional for his skills in delivering innovative ideas and efficient tax planning to clients in growing their businesses. He carries reservoir of knowledge with experience in setting up of stores and various business verticals in India and his expertise in successfully providing a roadmap and financial strategies to new Indian start-ups.

He is a future- oriented leader who looks forward to fulfilling his Corporate Social Responsibilities by imparting the skill among the youth and providing them livelihood opportunities. CA HIMANSHU JAWA

Himanshu is a Co-Founder and the Senior-Most Partner at RHVP having more than 7 years of experience in Direct Tax, Risk Assessment, Corporate Law Compliance, and Custom Act Advisory. He is graduate and Fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India with 7 years standing in the profession.
He holds experience in conducting Central Statutory Audit of various listed companies as well as unlisted companies in India. He has been a GST & Income Tax Consultant of various corporate entities. He has also vast experience in representing clients before the Income tax Authorities, Good and Service Tax Authorities, Custom Authorities. Also, holds expertise in providing consultancy on Legal Metrology, E-waste Management.
His clients are from a plethora of industries the primary ones being from Manufacturing Sector, Hospitality Sector, and other Services Sectors. He also has had experience in assisting for accounting & bookkeeping of foreign clients.

CA Vinny Tyagi

Vinny is a Co-Founder and Partner at RHVP. He has an experience of more than 4 years in the profession. He has expertise in Assurance & Indirect Taxation. He holds experience in conducting Audits of various PSUs and acted as a team leader while conducting various Statutory Audits of big companies. He is known for his enthusiasm and the fire to contribute to the economy of the country and to the businesses of his clients. He has expertise in handling companies especially in the automobile & transport sector.

Vinny is known to be the all-rounder.

CA Vishal Thappa

ACA, M.com, CCA ICAL, FAFD-ICAL, ID-IICA, MCA

Vishal is a Co-Founder and Partner at RHVP and has rich experience in the field of Assurance, Taxation, Mentoring Start-Ups & MSMEs, Plant set-up support in J&K, and Project Financing. He now has more than 3 years of experience in his area of practice & is actively involved in strategic planning and advising for various MSME’s sectors.

He is a dynamic Chartered Accountant and a Commerce Graduate from Delhi University. He has completed the Certificate Course on Forensic Accounting and Fraud Detection (FAFD) and Certificate Course on Concurrent Audit of Banks by ICAI. He is also an eligible Independent Director for any Public Sector/Listed company & has enrolled himself in the data bank of independent directors under the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs regulated by MCA.

He has successfully assisted in projects in the field of statutory audits, Limited Reviews & Internal audits of large corporate houses, during his articleship. He specializes in plant setup consultancy in J&K in accordance with the New Central Sector Scheme for Industrial Development of J&K and also have been actively working with numerous MSMEs and Startups to assist them in registrations and approvals with DIC and DPIIT, to kick start their business with end-to-end solution to them.

Currently he is serving various industries in the form of consulting & compliances under laws such as GST, Income Tax, Industrial & Corporate.

He is also a Co-founder of TaxTok India, a platform popular for providing regular professional updates & creating awareness of professional rights and duties amongst professionals & stakeholders at large.

Vishal is known to be the problem identifier with a solution oriented approach.

Puneet is a Co-Founder and Partner at RHVP. He is a leading Chartered Accountant from District Chamba & his area of services are Direct Taxation, Bank Financing, Audit & Assurance, and Financial Consultancy. He has more than 3 years of experience in the profession where he provides end-to-end solutions to his clients for the establishment, growth and sustenance of their client’s businesses. He has expertise in Project Financing, Schemes under PMEGP & Industrial Laws. He is a one-stop solutions for businesses in Himachal Pradesh.
